Chef Bill has worked with some of New York’s finest restaurants and caterers. From the 200 Fifth Club, Tribeca Rooftop and running his family’s Long Island restaurant, Healy’s Inn, Bill has been cooking since a young man. In 1994, he took over the restaurant and transformed it to a modernized gastropub. Healy’s is celebrating its 25th year anniversary and still going strong. His passion for cooking shines through in every dish. In 2017, he moved to Florida to start a new life alongside his wife, Danielle, to run Peacock’s Pantry while still managing Healy’s Inn. On days off you will find Bill on his Harley Davidson or in his organic garden.
